phmarry's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmarry account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phmarry's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phmarry's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe phmarry has acted in breach of its PAGCOR license obligations may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels.
phmarry reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phmarry will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
